My dear husband has been training for the last two months or so for a bike race benefiting the American Diabetes Association. He's biking as part of a team of guys from his company in the America Diabetes Association's annual "Tour de Cure."

The race is 30 miles or so, and Brandon's been hard at work. Mind you - most (if not all) of the other guys on his team are serious bikers, with fancy-pants carbon fiber bikes and all the equipment. Brandon has scored some of their leftovers, but is making do with his trusty 10 speed, circa 1985 (not quite as old as the one pictured above, but close to it). Even so, he's keeping up with them and enjoying his training, primarily on the beautiful Loveland bike trail.
